The regulation setting out the framework that confers supervision and enforcement duties on the Italian Communication Authority (AGCOM) has been approved today and will now be subject to a public consultation.
Stakeholders may thus have further opportunities to give their contribution to ignited debate for sixty days after the publication of the regulation in the Official Gazette.
According to the Agcom press release, the latest text of the regulation to be subject to the consultation will be published in the next few days. So we will keep you posted on further developments.
